Use the drop-downs to say how many rows and columns you want in your table. Then click Go. The table, td, th, and td tags for that table will appear in the box below the button. Copy/paste those tags out of the box into your page. Make sure you copy from the <table> tag to the </table> tag. The border="1" in the <table> tag is just there so that after you put the code in your own page, and view that page in a browser, you can see where the border lines are. You can remove that border="1" if you don't want your table to show those border lines.
